Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms cover use of the Ride Streak iPhone app, offered by Julian Manke. Purchases of Ride Streak Pro are made and processed through the Apple App Store; Apple's terms apply in addition and take precedence for the purchase itself.

2. What the app does — and does not

Ride Streak analyses rides that have already been recorded. It reads them from Apple Health and, if you enable it, from Strava.

Ride Streak does not record rides. There is no recording feature, no navigation and no route planning. To record you need an Apple Watch, a bike computer or another app that writes to Apple Health.

3. Requirements

Ride Streak requires an iPhone running iOS 18.5 or later. There is no Apple Watch, iPad, Android or web version. Individual features additionally require Apple Health permission, a Strava connection or RideStreak Cloud.

4. Free use and Ride Streak Pro

The app is free to use. Ride Streak Pro is optional and unlocks additional features (training load, power analysis, Fitness & Form, 3D Flyover, image and video export, calories, iCloud sync).

All prices include VAT. The price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is the one that applies; regional differences are possible.

5. Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage and cancel them in your iPhone Settings under your name → Subscriptions. When a subscription ends the app remains usable with every free feature. Lifetime is a one-time purchase.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. Request one throughreportaproblem.apple.com. As a consumer you have the statutory right of withdrawal in relation to Apple.

7. Licence

You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use Ride Streak on the devices associated with your account. Reverse engineering, resale and circumventing protection mechanisms are not permitted except where the law mandates otherwise.

8. Warranty and liability

The values Ride Streak calculates — in particular training load, FTP estimate, power zones and wear indicators — areguidance figures. They replace neither medical advice nor a competent inspection of your bicycle. Decisions about training and about replacing safety-critical components are yours; when in doubt, have your bike checked by a qualified mechanic.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

9. Third-party trademarks

Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc.; Garmin and Wahoo are trademarks of their respective owners. Ride Streak is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.

10. Changes and governing law

We may adapt these terms when the feature set or the legal situation changes. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
